Global Spectrum, a Southeast Asia travel specialist founded in 1992, combines its intelligence, know-how and travel consulting expertise to ensure a rich and rewarding experience for travelers to the region. Global Community Service Foundation is a Washington, D.C. area-based nonprofit profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. The foundation works to reduce poverty in Southeast Asia through the development and implementation of sustainable community-based projects in Burma, Cambodia, Thailand and Viet Nam. GCSF is the philanthropic arm of Global Spectrum.
